With direct-to-consumer lab testing, you can order select lab panels, complete testing locally, and receive provider-reviewed recommendations based on your results. This is a cash-pay service designed for clients who want clear, actionable wellness guidance without the need for a traditional office visit.
Getting Started Is Simple
1. Choose your lab panel
Select the lab test that best fits your goals, whether you want a general wellness baseline, hormone support, nutrient insights, or a deeper look into specific symptoms.
2. Complete your testing
After checkout, you’ll complete a brief intake and follow the instructions for your lab draw. Testing is simple and convenient, with local draw options available.
3. Receive your personalized plan
Once your results are reviewed, you’ll receive a personalized wellness plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, vitamin, and supplement recommendations tailored to your needs.

Appointment or no appointment — your choice
You do not need an appointment to begin lab testing. If you prefer additional one-on-one support, you also have the option to schedule a visit with Jennifer to review your concerns, symptoms, and next steps in more detail.
Cash-pay information
This is a cash-pay wellness service. Insurance is not billed for these Functional Medicine lab testing services. Emerald Waters already states on the main site that insurance is generally not accepted for hormone therapy, weight loss, and wellness services, while some lab-related expenses may still be eligible through FSA/HSA depending on the service.

Functional lab testing and wellness recommendations are designed to support your overall health and wellness. This service does not replace your primary care provider. We encourage all clients to continue routine care and preventive screenings with their PCP.
